VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR DOGS:

»Rabies

»DHLPP

(Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, parainfluenza and Parvovirus)

»Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

ALL vaccinations must be administered at least 7 days to 1 years PRIOR to arrival at our facility! Documentation is required.

»Flea/Tick Preventative within 3 months.

»De-wormer within 3 months.

Documentation is required.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DOGS:

MINIMUM AGE: 4 months

Inoculations that are given prior to 16-weeks are NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Must have had first set of distemper vaccinations and de-wormer at least one week prior to arrival. Documentation is required.

EXCEPTIONS: Some older dogs and/or immunosuppressed puppies/dogs may not be candidates for the recommended

vaccinations and/or treatments. In general, we will accept your veterinarian's written recommendations.

ALL DOGS must be Housebroken/Housetrained!

ALL DOGS MUST be neutered/spayed!

Disclaimer: $25/Calendar Day for each additional family dog

“Please note that our boarding fees are based on the calendar day including the day of arrival and the day of departure.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL CHECK-OUTS ARE DONE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Starting on January 1, 2018, we will no longer be scheduling check-ins or check-outs on weekends and holidays without prior advance notice and approval.


On those days when we must make trips to Dana Farber, we will have a Berkshire Pet Pals employee, family/friend or volunteer providing care to our pets and all boarding pets that may be staying with us. These people are covered by our insurance and have been trained and certified in pet care, first-aid an CPR.


NOTE: There will be NO ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS performed on the days that we are away. This includes check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, e-mails, etc.

We may be available by text, but ask that you please give us time to respond, as we may be on the road or in treatment.


Please be sure to ask any questions and address any concerns PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. By scheduling services, you agree to all of our Policies and Procedures.
